Option 1:
Change Wallpaper Using Right-Click on Desktop
This is the easiest way to set a new wallpaper:
-Right-click on any empty area of your desktop.
-Click on "Personalize" in the context menu.
-Under the Background section:
Choose Picture, Solid color, or Slideshow from the dropdown.
-If selecting Picture:
Click "Browse" to choose a photo from your files.
-Select your image and click "Choose picture".
Your desktop background will change immediately.
Option 2:
Set a Wallpaper from File Explorer
Already browsing your pictures? Here's how to set one directly:
-Open File Explorer and navigate to the image you want to use.
-Right-click on the image.
-Select "Set as desktop background".
That’s it—your wallpaper will change instantly.
Want your background to change automatically? Use the Slideshow option under “Background” settings.
Make sure your image isn't located on a removable drive—if it gets disconnected, Windows may revert to a default background.
